New, Unused Items in most cases may be returned within 90 days of receiving the item in the condition you received it as long as it is in its original packaging (including manufacturer and/or store tags where applicable).
Used Items with no apparent damage or significant wear, including bikes or bike frames, may be returned within 30 days in most cases for store credit. The items must be in resellable condition. We can't accept products that have been damaged due to negligence or abuse.

If returning an item by mail, it is important that the item be packaged effectively. Any damage incurred due to improper packaging when shipping an item is the responsibility of the shipping party.

If you believe you have a defective item that should be covered under warranty, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org visit us in-store. In the case of defective items, Tri Shop is committed to work with you and the manufacturer so that your item is properly warrantied. When initiating a warranty claim with Tri Shop, you may be redirected to the vendor directly if the vendor prefers customers initiate the a claim directly.
