Tri Shop 7th Birthday Celebration

Tri Shop is turning 7 and is celebrating all weekend long November 9th through 11th!

After its opening day on November 12th, 2011, Tri Shop has gone from a small store with an idea to a store and brand recognized as one of the best in the triathlon and cycling industries. And it's all thanks to you!

To celebrate the start of our eighth year of business, we'll have free events, free lectures, sales, giveaways, food, drinks and much more. Come celebrate with us!

Am I Getting Better?

The season’s end is an excellent time for assessing training and racing performances to ensure progression throughout the next season. In this session, Ben will discuss physiological and psychological approaches to best continue making headway on those long term goals.

Ben Drezek is the founder of KMF Performance Endurance Coaching and the KMF Endure Racing Club based in Denton, TX. Achieving Your Ideal Race Weight

During this session, Cristina Caldwell will discuss how to calculate your specific needs to achieve your goal weight and body composition, how to use nutrition periodization, and specific exercise sessions to help you reach your goals. In addition, she'll discuss how to sort through fact vs. fiction regarding popular nutrition plans touted on social media.

Cristina Caldwell has a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology and Sports Nutrition, and is a certified sports nutritionist. She has been coaching endurance athletes for 18 years. Her coaching certifications include: USAT Level 2 Triathlon coach, RRCA Running Coach, ASCA swimming coach and a two year diploma in nutrition coaching from the International Olympic Committee. Cristina is a wife and proud mom of a todder, a baby on the way and two Rhodesian Ridgebacks.
