    Do you match prices?

    We are committed to making sure our pricing is competitive as possible, so if you find a competitor selling a product we carry at a lower price, let us know. We won't price match everything, but we would definitely like the opportunity to do so.

    Some vendors have pricing policies that prevent us from discounting and price matching and we do honor those agreements.

    If you want us to match a competitor's price, it must be the same item, same condition, same size, same configuration, and in stock at the competitor. We do not match prices from eBay or other auction sites.

    How much is shipping?

    Ground shipping is free for orders of more than $50 for most items. Oversize items or heavy items, such as bicycles, may be excluded from free shipping. If you need expedited shipping, it may incur an additional cost.

    What are your hours of operation?

    Our physical store is open Monday through Friday, 10am to 8pm. Saturdays we are open from 8am to 6pm, and Sundays we are open from 12pm to 6pm. We are closed New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, July 4th (Independence Day), Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

    Online support and shipping is available on weekdays. Call the shop at 972-378-5476 if you need assistance on the weekend and we'll do our best to help.

    How do you handle warranty issues?

    Contact us if you believe you have a warranty situation. Some manufacturers prefer to handle warranty claims directly, and in that case we'll try our best to provide you with contact information to help you resolve your issue.

    We are held to the discretion of the manufacturer to recognize a warranty claim and to handle the warranty as they see fit, whether that is repair or replacement.

    You will be responsible for shipping and labor costs related to warranty scenarios. The warranty process can also take some time, so we ask your patience as we assist with your warranty.

    Do you offer price protection?

    Yes. If you purchase a product from us and we reduce the price of that item within 30 days of your purchase, contact us and we will issue you a refund or store credit for the difference. This applies only if the same item is in stock at the time of the claim.

    Price protection does not apply to special event discounts.

    Do I have to pay sales tax?

    Texas residents are required to pay 8.25% sales tax for online purchases. Items picked up in-store will incur an 8.25% sales tax.

    Can I backorder an item that isn't in stock?

    Yes. Place your order online (if enabled), email us at support@trishop.com, or call the shop at 972-378-5476 to place your order.

    In some cases, items are unavailable or discontinued and the order cannot be fulfilled. If this occurs for your order, you will be refunded.

    Custom or special order items that we do not stock cannot be cancelled and in some situations cannot be returned. See our return policy for details.

    Why can't you ship all products?

    Some vendor agreements forbid shipping items from the store and must be picked up in-store.

    Do you accept international orders?

    We do not currently accept international orders. If you would like to order and then do in-store pickup, contact us at support@trishop.com, or call us at 972-378-5476.

    Do you offer a military discount?

    We do offer a military discount in-store on eligible products. We greatly appreciate your service, have family members that are veterans, and have had employees that are veterans.

    Unfortunately, some vendors prohibit discounting and Tri Shop will honor those agreements, but items not strictly price-controlled will be discounted.
