What brands do you carry?
Tri Shop carries only the best brands that you'd expect to find in a run specialty store: On Running, Hoka, Saucony, Adidas, New Balance, Newton, Brooks, Zoot, Altra, and Skechers Performance. There are lots more brands out there, but we've carefully selected our lineup to meet real running needs so we'll have the right shoe for you.
What is your return policy?
You can also return any pair of shoes still in new condition within 30 days of purchase (with the original box) in case the pair you bought weren't everything you hoped. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Do you carry orthotics?
Yes. We carry FootBalance orthotics and can mold and cut a set for you in your running or cycling shoes. If you're not happy with them, you can return them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
How do you determine if someone needs orthotics?
We analyze your feet, arch behavior, and discomfort history to help determine if orthotics are right for you. Orthotics (not shoes) provide arch support and metatarsal bridge support which can promote comfort and reduce impact pressure and foot strain. We believe most cyclists would benefit from custom orthotics, while a smaller percentage of runners exhibit the types of issues that indicate a need for orthotics.
I'm injured. Do you have a pair of shoes that will help fix it?
The type of shoes you're using can play a role in injury and discomfort issues you may be experiencing, but many issues aren't corrected with the "right" pair of shoes, Instead, they are corrected with changes to your run form, strengthening exercises to deal with muscle imbalances, and treatment from a physiologist, podiatrist, or orthopedist. Our running experts are not medical professionals but can provide guidance, assistance, and referrals to help you deal with any inury or discomfort issues related to running.
